With proper wear and care, Tiny Tags are designed to last and be worn every day. If anything should happen to your Tiny Tags, we are happy to provide repair and refurbishing services to our customers. Repairs and refurbishing include chain breaks (for attached chain items), re-plating of our gold vermeil items, professional cleaning, buffing, and polishing to make your Tiny Tags look brand new. We do not make money on these services and are happy to provide this service to our customers at cost. Most services are under $45 and include one pre-paid shipping label to send back your item for repair. Most repairs take approximately 5 weeks after receipt of the item. To initiate a repair or refurbishment, please contact our customer service at info@tinytags.com. Please provide the order number and/or full name of the purchaser along with a description of the repair/refurbishment (re-plating or professional polishing) that is needed and a clear picture of the item. Our team will respond with a cost for the service and an email invoice to complete payment, followed by a postage-paid return label.
Please package your Tiny Tags very carefully, we are not responsible for items lost in transit due to poor packaging. Items should be sealed in a small plastic zip-seal storage bag before being placed in a well-taped envelope or bubble mailer. We ask that items be packaged in separate zip-seal bags to not scratch during shipping and handling and that chains (if unattached) be packaged in their own zip-seal bag. Please do not send chains that do not need any repair.
Tiny Tags is happy to offer a 30-day free return policy on any non-custom/ready-to-ship item that you aren’t completely in love with because we want you to adore your Tiny Tags! Personalized and 14k gold pieces (except the 14k gold mama script nameplate) are not eligible for a return or exchange since each piece is made to order. We do offer exchanges on chains if you prefer a different length. Please note that for domestic returns there is a $5 shipping fee and for international returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.
To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be new and unworn, in re-stockable condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email within five business days of the status of your refund. If there are no unforeseen issues we will refund your purchase price (minus the $5 return shipping fee) to your original method of payment. 

Please note the following:

  • Expedited shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Custom-made and 14k gold products are not refundable.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods (45 days during holidays)
  • For International orders, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on International orders.
    Here at Tiny Tags we take great pride in our craftsmanship and stand by our quality and work. We offer a one-year warranty on all Tiny Tags in the event of any manufacturing errors or defects. Please note that our warranty does not include lost items, accidental damage (child pulling on the chain, inadvertent snagging or catching on clothes, etc., or normal wear and tear of your jewelry (scratching, rubbing over time). We are always here to help if needed, please contact info@tinytags.com and include your name, purchaser's name, order number, and a brief description of the problem with a clear picture of the item.

    Orders take approximately 8 to 16 business days plus shipping for US orders. Please note there may be manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control due to COVID-19 and ongoing issues with the USPS. Due to the custom nature of our personalized jewelry, we do not allow refunds due to shipping delays.

    All stock items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase if not worn.

    Chain Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your chain for a longer or shorter chain we are happy to help. All exchanges must be unworn and done within 30 days of purchase. There may be an additional charge for regular chains depending on the length difference. For changes requiring labor, there will be a labor charge and a possible fee for the new chain.

    All 14k and personalized jewelry is final sale and can not be refunded.

    Yes, we ship internationally. Simply select your country at checkout!

    Please note – every country has laws pertaining to Duties and VAT. Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (item + insurance + shipping). Any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier. We have no control over the amount nor do we know, when you make your purchase, how much your country is going to charge you. Additionally, we are not responsible for items lost or misplaced in customs.

    All Tiny Tags are shipped in a beautiful jewelry box. We include a packing slip, NOT an invoice, with your order.

    We do not offer ring resizing and custom rings are final sales. If you purchased a non-custom ring and need to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of purchase, please email info@tinytags.com for instructions.

    Yes, our Sterling Silver pieces meet the US standards of .925 Sterling Silver. You will always find a .925 marking on all Tiny Tags sterling silver pieces confirming they abide by the FTC laws. All our sterling silver (chains and tags) is nickel free.
