Celebrating Grandparents

There’s no doubt grandparents are awesome. Who better to give you candy, let you stay up past your bedtime, and surround you with love? And as we get older, grandparents are a valuable lifeline to our past and our traditions, and great people to go to for advice. 

With Grandparent’s day coming up Sunday, September 12th, we wanted to share a few of the ways in which we are honoring our kids' grandparents (and our own!)! 

1. My Life Story

This journal offers prompts for your grandparents to fill in their life story. What a wonderful way to create a keepsake that will be treasured for years to come. The journal is organized in sections to capture memories and wisdom - there’s also a section for them to list the things they hope to accomplish next! 

2. A Recipe Book

One of my biggest regrets is that I didn’t sit down with my grandmother and learn how to make some of her crispy Persian rice. If you’re lucky enough to have grandparents around who have been making family dishes that have been passed down for generations - get the recipes down while you can! Recipe books are easy to find online - so cute as a photo book! 

3. Photos

Do grandparents ever tire of photos of their grandkids? With technology, it’s so easy to make photo books that they will love. There’s even an app that will do it for you! Another idea is to get them a digital frame, so you can just email your latest photos directly, and the frame will update with the new pics! 

4. A Tiny Tags

Finally - our favorite way to honor grandma - give her a Tiny Tags! With so many personalized options, it’s easy to find a way for her to celebrate all her grandchildren.

Our top seller for grandmothers is our Family Bracelet.
