This 14k gold tag is very pretty and is 1/2 inch in size as advertised. It does seem quite small in person for the $320 price tag. I would also note that the company advertises giving 100% of their profits to breast cancer research in October but it would be more appropriate to give a lesser portion from the sale of this iconic symbol all year long given what they charge for a small charm.
The customer service I received was prompt and personalized which I very much appreciated.
