Orders take approximately 8 to 12 business days plus shipping for US orders (except for the Madi Nelson Collection which is approximately 4 weeks). Please note there may be manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control due. Due to the custom nature of our personalized jewelry, we do not allow refunds due to shipping delays.

Shipping Overseas

Simply select your country at checkout! Please note – every country has laws pertaining to Duties and VAT. Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (item + insurance + shipping). Any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier. We have no control over the amount nor do we know, when you make your purchase, how much your country is going to charge you. Additionally, we are not responsible for items lost or misplaced in customs.
