- Materials: Available in sterling silver, gold vermeil (sterling silver base with 100+ microns of 24k gold), and 14k yellow, white, or rose gold
- Size: Each circle available in 1/2″, 9/16″, and 5/8″ diameter
- Birthstone: 2mm stone centered below engraved text on each tag — available in all 12 months: Garnet (January), Amethyst (February), Aquamarine (March), White Topaz (April), Emerald (May), Alexandrite (June), Ruby (July), Peridot (August), Sapphire (September), Pink Tourmaline (October), Citrine (November), Blue Topaz (December)
- Engraving – Lowercase font: Names and dates (8–12 characters max, depending on size)
- Engraving – Uppercase font: Initials (1–3 characters max per tag)
- Back engraving: Available in lowercase font only (8 characters max per tag)
- Important: A small hole where the stone is set is visible on the back of each tag
