Love Ambassadors 2022

A few years ago we were inspired to hand out flowers to seniors at our local senior center on Valentine’s Day - the idea being that the seniors were alone and most likely not feeling very loved on this special day. This idea quickly grew into something we knew we could do nationwide. And just like that, our Love Ambassador program was born! 

Every year on Valentine’s Day, we send flowers to our Love Ambassadors all over the country, who then visit their local senior centers with their kids to hand them out and spread joy in their community. What we came to realize is that this became an event that not only made the seniors happy, but the Love Ambassadors and their families as well. We got countless emails and DMs from our crew, thanking us for  letting them be a part of this, and how much it meant to them and their kids. We love the message this sends to our children - that they are the gift, and they can spread joy and make people smile just by being themselves.

The past two years have been a little more challenging with Covid - we have not been able to go inside the facilities to hand deliver the flowers (although this is slowly changing, and some cities did allow visitors!). But we made the most of it - dropped the flowers off at the front desk, and stood outside with a sign to let everyone know we were thinking of them! This year, we delivered over 2600 flowers to 24 cities. Here are a few pics from this year’s Love Ambassadors!
