Becoming Hunter's Mom

Two years ago I realized I wanted to be a mom. I own my own photography company and it was my life, but as a single woman I wanted more. I decided to adopt. The process, for me, was time consuming but simple and after a year I became a mom. I couldn’t believe it!

My son was born in March of 2022 and I was there for his birth. I was lucky to cut his umbilical cord, and he and I had our own hospital room. At 37 hours old he and I drove home and he got to meet his grandparents. This was it and I was thrilled and scared some to say the least.

My friends threw a welcome home shower for us and I had custom cookies with his name, was gifted a teether with his name, a train that spells his name, well you get the picture. So it was time to get jewelry that signified him.

I was introduced to Tiny Tags mid last year by another mama and couldn’t decide which to get. It was a toss up between his birthday and name. Then I decided I love bracelets and got the Sterling Silver Script Nameplate Chain Bracelet with his name “hunter." I love it so much!! I feel so special having it and love when people comment on it.
