Sorority Sisters for Life
I ordered the Gold Circle Necklace at the 2024 Draper James pop up in Nashville.
Since graduating from Purdue University in 2008 & 2009 a group of us have remained close. We have seen each other through marriage, divorce, job promotions, loss and lots of babies. Ever since the weddings slowed down we have tried to plan a little getaway every few years.
This past weekend, 13 of us headed to Nashville, TN. We are all Alpha Chi Omega sorority sisters from Purdue University and traveled from California, Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. I started following Tiny Tags a few months ago through social media and was excited to see the pop up at Draper James. I have always loved jewelry and especially anything monogrammed or personalized.
As I was trying to decide what to put on the necklace, my friends convinced me to put 'Balls' on the back. It was my college nickname (maiden name was Walls) and has stuck with me ever since. That day alone I had caught several weird looks when I was referred to as 'Balls' in many of the boutiques in the 12 South neighborhood. I will forever cherish this specific trip with the girls while wearing my new Tiny Tags necklace.
