GPQ - A Lifelong Friendship

My seven friends and I received the most thoughtful gift for our college graduation: the gold personalized script nameplate necklace! Each piece has the “GPQ” initials, which represents our group nickname.

We met each other at the beginning of our freshman year at the University of Iowa, where we instantly clicked and became inseparable. Over the past four years, we have been through everything together. Graduation came with a lot of mixed emotions; while we celebrated our achievements, we knew we wouldn’t be living minutes away from each other anymore.

At our graduation party, we were gifted these gorgeous necklaces. There were lots of tears, hugs, and smiles. It meant so much that we will all be able to have a part of each other while we embark on our own journeys. Our necklaces hold more than just a name; they represent our lifelong friendship.
