I received my necklace on Saturday- wore it to dinner Saturday night and during dinner I noticed it had fallen off( fortunately landing in my napkin in my lap!
Apparently the clasp doesn’t work???
I immediately called your customer service when I got home and am waiting for a call back from them!!!!:rofl:

So cute. Love it. The only thing I did not like it how it was shipped. USPS and no signature required. Just popped in my mail box. My purchase was over $1000. I think it should have been sent signature required.

I originally ordered the gold plated necklace which arrived in all lowercase letters from Pottery Barn Kids and with a too-short chain. I decided to upgrade to the 14k solid gold necklace with longer chain directly from TinyTags which arrived with a capital letter. The necklace is lovely but there were shipping delays (a few weeks before Mother's Day which is understandable). I think it was my fault in reading descriptions but I wish it was clearer when lower case/capital letters would be received. A preview of the necklace with the name as typed would have helped visualize the final product. I still enjoy the necklace with the capital letter and the quality is great. It looks great layered with my other jewelry. In future, it would also be great to have different chains to choose from to make the necklace even more personalized. I would buy again!
