OPEN POSITION: Marketing Manager

In this new part time, remote position (30 hours/week) you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring an omni-channel marketing strategy for the Tiny Tags brand. The ideal candidate will grow the Tiny Tags audience, drive brand awareness, build and manage content, generate reports, and analyze marketing data. We are looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and previous management experience who will role up their sleeves and bring enthusiasm and creativity to our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing and brand strategy and be able to leverage all digital channels (search engines, social media, email) as well as seek out events, sponsorships and partnerships that will connect the Tiny Tags brand to prospective customers both online and in person. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves working closely with the social media manager and operations team.
Digital Marketing — create and manage digital marketing ad spend including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and retargeting ads.
Email Marketing — collaborate with graphic designer and utilize editorial calendar to determine weekly emails to existing customers. Evaluate current email flow and offer new ideas. Analyze and implement changes based on email marketing data, i.e., open rates, click-throughs, and conversion rates, constantly striving to get better numbers.
Influencer /Affiliate Marketing — discover and hire influencers who are aligned with the Tiny Tags brand. Understand affiliate marketing and best practices.
Content Creation — manage external freelancers and content developers to create and curate channel-specific content that is appealing to our audience to drive impressions, engagement, site visits and conversions. Understand SEO/content marketing.
Social Media — Create an editoral calendar that includes all ‘Instagram’ holidays relevant to our market for example, national adoption month, and oversee the social media manager to drive the implementation.
Live events — create, manage, and implement fun and exciting events to meet our customers.
Website — work with graphic designer and operations to ensure website reflects current marketing campaigns.
Data Analytics — Create, track, and measure key KPIs for all marketing programs/channels and have a strong knowledge of Google Analytics. Ability to use data to drive business decisions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
5 to 7 years experience developing an omni-channel marketing program from concept to completion
Experience in digital marketing in consumer goods, preferably in accessories, fashion, or luxury goods
Management experience — this position will have one direct report (social media manger), with support from outsourced graphic designer and internal operations team.
Strong communicator and writer
Positive can do attitude, self-starter, and enjoys working with people
Ability to work remotely
