Job Description

    We are seeking an E-commerce Manager who is responsible for revenue generation and growth across all channels. You will manage the daily operations of our website and oversee all paid media campaigns. In addition to internal collaboration, you will manage external partners, including outsourced developers and media agencies, to ensure the seamless execution of all digital initiatives.

      • Must be a leader and feel comfortable challenging agencies and asking the tough questions.

    • Revenue Ownership:

      • Take full ownership of driving revenue growth through eCommerce channels, ensuring that key sales targets are met.

      • Implement and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.

      • As part of the marketing team you will track revenue goals and report on performance.

    • eCommerce Management:

      • Oversee the Tiny Tags website, ensuring a smooth customer experience and that all product listings, promotions, and content are optimized.

      • Manage the end-to-end process for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales events in collaboration with marketing team.

      • Collaborate with outsourced developers to ensure timely updates, site functionality improvements, and bug fixes.

      • Use analytics tools like Triple Whale, Google Analytics and Shopify to track website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

      • Ensure the site is optimized for both SEO/GEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

      • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply AI tools and technologies while leveraging geographic market insights to enhance customer personalization, optimize product recommendations across regions, and streamline global ecommerce operations.

      • Utilize heat mapping and user behavior analytics to track customer interactions, identify friction points in the customer journey, and optimize page layouts and conversion paths based on user engagement data
    • Paid Media Management:

      • Develop and execute a data-driven paid media strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

      • Manage all paid media campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest.

      • Track performance metrics such as MER, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) to ensure efficient spend and campaign effectiveness.

      • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ads and experiment with new formats.

      • Manage and coordinate with external media agencies to ensure alignment with Tiny Tags' goals and budgets.

    • External Partner Management:

      • Act as the primary point of contact for all external vendors, including developers, media agencies, and other outsourced partners.

      • Ensure that external partners are meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and delivering on performance metrics.

      • Develop strong relationships with these partners to foster collaboration and ensure successful project execution.

    • Customer Acquisition & Retention:

      • Develop strategies to attract and retain customers, leveraging paid media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

      • Ensure that marketing campaigns align with broader business goals, including revenue growth and customer lifetime value.

      • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer retention efforts with promotional and product strategies.

      • Manage and optimize loyalty program and affiliate program to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement

    • Reporting & Analytics:

      • Track key performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and media performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

      • Use data insights to continuously optimize website performance and marketing strategies.

      • Present regular revenue and performance reports, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce management and paid media, preferably in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.

    • MUST be an expert in SHOPIFY
    • Proven experience in managing and scaling revenue through eCommerce channels.

    • Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest), and performance tracking tools.

    • Experience managing external partners, including developers and media agencies.

    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics and ROI.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage external relationships.
