I absolutely love my birthstone necklace. It’s the first necklace I’ve ordered from tiny tags. I get a lot of compliments on how classy it looks and that it’s beautiful on its own but once they see the kids names on it it’s even more special. I am very disappointed that the engraving is so small that it's almost impossible to read. Not at all what I expected.

Arrived quickly but the bar had turned up onto the chain and left significant scratches on the bar. Sent back with priority shipping paid for by tiny tags, but then got delayed for 12 days! I had to initiate contact and offered alternative solution of buying another at a discounted price in order to receive by Christmas. communication is slow and have not heard anything else. Feeling frustrated.
