I love the rings but I cannot wear them, and my experience with Tiny Tags has left a sour taste in my mouth. My husband surprised me with 2 rings with our kids' names a push gift/anniversary gift. They were a surprise. Unfortunately, the rings are a 1/2 size too small. From the FAQ's online it says simply go to a local jeweler and they can resize it. Well, I went to my local jeweler and they told me it would cost as much as I paid for the rings to have them resized because they would have to remake them. Um, excuse me? So I reached out to Tiny Tags asking were I can get the rings resized, understanding that they themselves do not resize. I live approximately an hour from Tiny Tag's headquarters, I was not given the name of a jeweler I could travel to, instead the suggestion was simply to repurchase the rings. I was flabbergasted. I have waited months to write this review because initially I was so stung by the suggestion I wanted to wait and see if I would feel differently with time. I do not feel any different. My husband purchased the mama necklace from Tiny Tags as my first Mother's Day gift and I loved it. I thought I would love the rings but both products have been 14K gold and were not inexpensive purchases. I can appreciate some individuals might be able to drop another $1000 no questions asked but that is not the case for my family. To us, that is a lot of money and a one time lifetime purchase to celebrate the birth of our children. Through social media I have come…

Team Tiny Tags - KDKristen D.2 years agoRated 3 out of 5 starsThe quality of the ring
The quality of the ring is nice, as is all of the TinyTags jewelry I've purchased. Unfortunately, the engraving wasn't completed as I specified... I have 2 sons that both have short 3-letter first names. I didn't think just a 3-letter name would look very good on the ring, so I asked if a special character (like a bullet or heart or dash) could be placed between their names so I could have both names on one ring. Customer service responded that no special characters were possible. So my work around was to put 4 spaces (the most available) between their names & that's what I specified when ordering the ring. When I received it, there was only one space between their names so it looks like a single 6-letter name or maybe like first & middle names instead of 2 separate names. I was really excited about receiving the ring but was bummed when it arrived since it was relatively expensive but wasn't engraved like I specified.
