I am a mama bear and my baby cub is Jackson. What that means to me is unconditional love and being fiercely protective of my child’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. While I believe in absolute boundaries and guidelines, being a mama bear means finding the right balance between being encouraging and supportive without being overbearing and controlling and guiding them to be kind, resilient humans. 

Helping Jackson navigate his world and letting him discover his passions and own sense of self and confidence is something I live for. While I am teaching Jackson about life, he in turn, is teaching me what life is all about. And most importantly, as a mama bear, I am not afraid to be assertive and speak up and advocate for my child, in any situation, at any age, even if that means putting myself in tough situations. Being a mama bear is an incredible honor and one of the biggest blessings of my life.
